Keren graduated from UNSW Australia with a Bachelor of Advance Science with Honours in Psychology, and is currently undertaking a Masters in Organisational Psychology
Prior to joining Symmetra, Keren has undertaken professional placements and employment in a range of research and consulting businesses to build her professional skills. This includes work experience at Chandler Macleod, UNSW Career Research and Assessment Service, Neuroscience Research Australia, and Hudson.
Keren has gained solid experience in conducting research for learning and development projects, project planning, data analytics, and consulting whilst engaged in academic research, psychological assessments, and organisational development. In her role as a Consultant at Symmetra, Keren employs an intelligent, creative, methodical and conscientious approach to supporting the design and implementation of Symmetra’s end to end diversity and inclusion service offerings.
Throughout her career and education, Keren has been committed to developing her research capabilities and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients and to produce work that is best in class. She does this by combining inductive reasoning skills with a creative and empathic approach to engaging, helping and working with others.
