An agile and strategic professional with proven diagnostic, development, execution and stakeholder management capabilities, Lisa has sharpened these skills through 15 years of advisory work within or for Australian and Global organisations such as Deloitte (Human Capital Consulting), Macquarie Group, AMP and DLA Piper. She has delivered training, coaching and consulting services across a range of industries, including financial and professional services, public sector, mining and telecommunications. Her main areas of specialism include Leadership, Talent, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion. Lisa is a member of the Psychology Board of Australia, Australian Psychological Society and College of Organisational Psychology.
