Carly is an organisational development and change professional with ten years of program management, facilitation, coaching and design experience. She has managed large scale culture, leadership development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects with Australian and global clients in financial services, technology, insurance, logistics, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors including Facebook, IAG, Microsoft and SVHA and AMP. She thrives on connecting purpose, conscious leadership and aligning values to help leaders to thrive and support organisations to achieve their goals sustainably, building cultures of excellence.
Carly’s recent experience has been on adapting “in person” content to virtual and digital experiences with a commitment to maintaining the connection and value gained from face to face interaction. Bringing strong experience with Human Centred Design methodology, she leverages human insight to ensure solutions are customer-centric and focused on the user experience.
Having gained experience working internationally in the United Kingdom, USA, Asia and with not-for-profits in Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Costa Rica, Carly has developed a passion for living and working with diverse cultures and people. She has travelled extensively and loves to immerse herself in the lived experience of those around her and brings this curiosity to her Symmetra clients and projects.
Carly lives in Sydney with her wonderful British partner and two little girls.
