Deb brings 15 years experience in the tech sector (SAP and PeopleSoft) in addition to Professional Services and Partnerships (Deloitte) FMCG (PepsiCo / Fritolay) and Wholesale/Retail industries across APJ, EMEA, North America and LATAM regions. This extensive industry and diverse cultural experience, ensures she leads with a commercial and inclusive approach positioning Symmetra to work with its clients to drive sustainable business innovation, growth and value.
Supported by a strong academic background and a passion for data driven research, in combination with insights in neuroscience, positive psychology and sustainable high performance, Deb is an insightful coach, engaging facilitator and effective ‘Nudge Ninja’. In addition she holds a wide variety of cultural and personal performance diagnostic accreditations.
