His experience spans a range of industries such as technology, investment management, FMCG, UN, the public sector and Not-for-Profit for organisations including Hewlett Packard, World Food Program, Unilever, Sime Darby Group, City of Sydney, New Horizons Enterprises, and others.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of learning analytics, assessments, leadership development, project, change and stakeholder management. His strengths in Strategic planning & budgeting, change & project management, learning management systems and analytics, leadership development, facilitation & coaching, employee engagement & surveys ensure he brings a holistic package to diversity and inclusion projects.
