Judy brings over 30 years experience to the Symmetra team in diversity and inclusion, leadership development and organisational change built up over a varied career working in large corporates, Government departments and also in independent consultancy.
She has held executive positions and lead large diverse teams working in many sectors including finance and banking, insurance, utilities, education and the wider public sector. Amongst the roles she has held she has been Corporate Responsibility and Diversity Director at Centrica plc and Global Head of Diversity for NatWest Bank.
She has devised and delivered a number of award winning diversity and inclusion programmes and initiatives and has a deep and well developed understanding of the impact good integrated inclusion practice and approaches can have on business success and employee engagement.
Judy also has over 15 years experience in leadership and personal development coaching. She has worked with executives and senior leaders in both the private and public sectors. Her coaching style is collaborative and reflective looking to support personal insight to deliver improved performance and effectiveness.
