Kelli McLoud-Schingen brings an extensive and stellar track record as a Diversity and Inclusion expert, based in the USA, to the Symmetra team. She has coached and facilitated development workshops, trainings and dramatic presentations since 1989 for corporate, educational, non-profit and government institutions in the USA and internationally.
She is the past president of SIETAR USA and president of KMS Intercultural Consulting. Kelli has lectured at institutions such as Texas A&M University, the University of Houston, the University of Minnesota and the Center for the Healing of Racism among others.
A professional mediator certified by the State of Texas, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Aurora University and a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
As a master facilitator Kelli guides participants through a discovery of self and culture, stimulating self-respect and respect of others while bringing about a greater understanding of difference and what role that difference plays in daily communication.
