As a results oriented professional, Rashida has spent her career developing and nurturing strong client relationships, executing in the delivery of successful learning, culture change and leadership programs and has coached leaders at all levels to get the most out of their teams.
Rashida pairs her passion for Diversity and Inclusion with her strong interpersonal skills and creative problem solving to help leaders broaden their thinking and optimise the performance of their teams.
Prior to joining Symmetra, Rashida built a career that spans across a range of industries and sectors, including: Government, Financial Services and FMCG. She has worked both in Australia and abroad in L&D, OD, Talent and generalist HR roles and specialises in leadership development, cultural change, diversity and inclusion and talent management. She thus brings an acute understanding of the complexities , demands and dynamics of operating within a large corporate and what challenges that brings when working to effect culture change. This lens provides a very valuable perspective to the way Symmetra shapes its solutions for its local and global clients , from small to large.
