He has over 16 years experience as an Organisational Consultant, Trainer, Mediator, Coach and Project Manager.

Antony has coordinated and delivered consulting interventions and training programs in 20 countries on themes of collaboration, team-building, client orientation, leadership, team effectiveness, negotiation skills, conflict management, leveraging global diversity, executive decision making, supervisory skills, ethics, and transformative mediation for more than fifteen thousand managers and staff.

His clients include JP Morgan, Columbia University, City of New York, Synergos, Shire Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, The Medicines Company, United Nations Secretariat, UNICEF, UNFPA, WP, UN Women and UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations (Cote D’Voire, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Syria, and Uganda).
