Paul comes to Symmetra with deep and extensive experience in the domains of facilitation and coaching. He is passionate about leveraging the power of diversity and inclusion to enhance innovation and collaboration within organisations.

Paul’s eclectic training and professional background in the areas of Financial Services, Leadership, Sales and Natural Health underpin his multidisciplinary approach and ability to bring rich diverse perspectives to the table when coaching and facilitating. In addition his experience in diverse roles within large corporations as well as an independent consultant position him with a powerful ability to look from the outside in and the inside out when partnering with clients to optimise individual, team and organisational performance.

Paul is a dynamic facilitator with an inclusive and solution oriented approach. He believes that his role as a Facilitator and Coach, is to create a safe space for people to share ideas, explore new frames of thought, appreciate the beauty of difference and challenge deep seated assumptions.

Paul has worked with clients in private and public sectors within Australia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa.
